Return & Refund Policy
1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item(s) delivered
- Goods damaged
2. Return/ refund based on package damaged during shipping and/ or “change of mind” is not accepted by any means.
3. In the event of return/ refund, kindly notify us at email@example.com within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt with the order number and photo of defected item(s). We will respond to your request within three (3) working days.
4. Customers who do not notify us within the stipulated time of the return/ exchange request before returning the goods will not be entertained. There will be no refunds, returns or exchange.
5. Return/ refund are applicable for online purchases only. Goods purchased at our stores will not be accepted.
6. Kindly fill in the Returns Slip for returns/ refund request. We will notify you within one (1) to three (3) working days.
